Please note that the information which you provide to Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private limited during the registration process will be used only by Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private limited group of companies for the purposes set forth herein. Provision of this information and our acceptance of your profile does not guarantee that we will provide you with an opportunity to bid, nor your eventual selection as a qualified/approved Vendor or Supplier.
Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private limited will carefully consider the data provided herein while evaluating our procurement requirements and will contact you for further information, if required. However, we reserve the right to make all procurement decisions at our sole discretion.
- The Registration Form shall be evaluated as per details and supporting documents provided. The failure to fulfil the mandatory requirements as required in the registration form, may lead to rejection of your application.
- Please ensure to provide all the required supporting documents as stated in the registration application. No information and credentials will be considered without providing the related supporting documents.
- You are requested to respond on any related clarification within the time specified through the clarification facsimile/e-mail, failure of response within the time period will lead to the rejection of the Registration Application. Only 2 rounds of clarification will be permitted during registration process
- Please ensure that all legal documents, certifications and Audited Financial Statements and the related information provided are valid, recent and not expired.
- Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private limited reserves its right to call for the original of the supporting documents and/or to visit Applicant's offices/project sites (either completed or ongoing) for verification, if so deemed necessary and also to cross check any details as furnished by the Applicants from their previous clients/consultants etc. Applicants shall have no objection whatsoever in this regard.
- Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private limited reserves the right to reject any Application at any time if a material misrepresentation is made or uncovered or engaged directly or in directly corrupt, fraudulent or undesirable' practices
